1. Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and / or services at a distance to passengers;
2. Passenger/User: The natural person who use our services by making a booking on our website.
3. Agreement: an agreement whereby selling of products and / or services, organized by the entrepreneur and used by the passenger or user of the website.
4. Cancellation Policy: The policy within which the user/passenger can make use of his right of withdrawal;

Agreement According KNV (Koninklijk Nederlands Vervoer)

By booking one of our services, there will be an agreement between the entrepreneur and the user/passenger according the terms and conditions of KNV, The Royal Dutch Transport Federation. The KNV is the Dutch umbrella organization for professional passenger transport and rail freight in the Netherlands. KNV Taxi, KNV Coach and KNV Rail Freight are all part of the Royal Dutch Transport Federation.

General

This website is intended for people who are in the Netherlands or wants to travel to the Netherlands soon and wants to use one of our services. The information about products, services and actions apply only within this country.

This website is controlled by us. You will agree with us that Dutch law is applicable to all issues that could arise or could be related to the use and content of this website. Availability of Service

References on the site to our services do constitute an offer to sell or supply that service. Our services are offered based on availability. We supply 98,9% of the services offered by us but it is possible that we can not deliver a particular service or vehicle type. In such cases we always provide a suitable solution in consolation with the customer in the form of another vehicle type and/or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Regular transfers: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Hourly bookings, roadshows and weddings: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Guided sightseeing tours: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 21 days notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Coach and minibus transfers: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 30 days notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Please note that we will refund the paid amount minus the charged costs by the credit card provider 2.8% or 3.4% for PayPal payments. We do not receive this charged costs from the payment providers, when we cancel a booking.

Hourly Bookings

Hourly rates are mostly used for sightseeing tours, business visits at several locations and for weddings. This way the vehicle and driver is at your disposal during the agreed period. The minimum period is 4 hours and the maximum is 14 hours/day. Hourly Transfers Ends always at the pick up location/city.

Rates

Please note rates can change due to unforeseen circumstances. (Pandemic situation, war, petrol prices) We advice to contact again before confirming your transfers.

So until we have sent the official confirmation together with the invoice, offered prices remain valid according to availability.

Waiting Time and Waiting Costs

60 Minutes of waiting after the landing is included for airport pickups and 30 minutes after arrival for train station pickups. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays. By providing your flight or train details upon booking, your driver is able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly without any extra costs.

Please make sure that the provided phone number is correct and that your phone is turned on after arrival. When we have no contact within the waiting time, we have the right to leave the airport or train station. We can not wait longer without having contact. If there is contact between our driver and the passenger, then the driver waits until meeting the passenger, but can charge the extra waiting time.

Business Sedan: €65,- Per Hour
Business Minivan: €75 Per Hour
Luxury Vehicle: €90,- Per Hour
Coach €110,- Per Hour
